Popularly known for their generations of Tea-Selling business, Nagauri is traditionally involved in dairy business. Located in Navi Mumbai, this business launched their Brand Nagauri in 2019 and believes in innovating dairy industry serving purity & honesty like always.

During COVID-19, digital marketing strategies came as a relief for many businesses

The requirement:

The Brand was in search of a long-term digital marekting agency in Navi Mumbai itself, for building a strong online presence to achieve success.

The solution:

We are happy to be involved right from the start of Nagauri’s Social Media presence. A legacy old dairy brand was launching into B2C model by reaching direct customers with their daily milk delivery packs. It was a challenge to stand against Amul Milk, Mother Dairy and so many. 

We created set guidelines for social media marketing, with creative strategies and the most quickest way to reach the target audience. While the onset of marketing went smooth, soon COVID-19 started and all the traditional marketing activities undertaken by brand was put on hold. The burden to achieve success completely shifted on our social media marketing output only. 

Instead of highlighting the benefits of the product, we focused more on promoting what Nagauri Brand stands for – Goodness. With graphic illustrations and video animations our social media team and graphic designers received surplus engagement from online audience. 

Brand decided to start milk supplies, keeping COVID-19  in mind we used heavy but effective paid campaigning on social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook & Google to grow the demand for product even during the lockdown. 

Within no time, brand started delivering across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane & Pune regions of Maharashtra during COVID-19. With our social media awareness campaign, consumers started enquiring about Brand’s availability at their nearest kirana stores. This was a huge success. 

We started with Gold Coin Online Social Media Campaigning for 2 Months and that resulted in awareness with more than 40,000 viewership online and campaign was a huge success. 

 

Tik Tok Marketing and YouTube Marketing was also initiated to reach audience in their favorite video marketing avatar.

With immense economical pressure on society due to COVID-19, Nagauri team decided to start giving Distributorship of their newly launched B2C brand to potential people who have lost their jobs during COVID-19 times. This was a great idea, and we are proud to inform that we were successful in giving distributorship to more than 500 people within 1 month duration, only with our effective social media marketing campaigning. Even if not direct, we were happy to support few families and spread goodness during COVID-19 times. All thanks to Nagauri for giving us this opportunity.
